Return & Refund Policy

Not satisfied with our product? Your right of retraction starts from the moment your order is delivered. Please activate a return request via the “submit a return” section located in the footer of our homepage menu. Your return requested will be accepted or rejected according to the item you wish to return and the time frame you are submitting such return. 

You can return the product within 3 days from the time of receipt of your parcel, at your own expense. No return will be accepted outside of this procedure.

Please note that our team is processing your order almost immediately on receipt of it, on first-come first-served basis. Therefore, Linen Options won’t accept any cancellation of order over 24 hours that it has been validated, and even if the said order has not been shipped out.

We only refund the price of the product deducted from the courier charges the customer paid during the purchase. Linen options doesn’t exchange returned items. The item in good condition will be refunded within 30 days of receipt.

Delivery fees remain the customer’s responsibility. The present right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original condition and unwashed.

Any product that has been damaged, is not in its original packaging, has packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product, will not be refunded.

The customer must verify the good condition of the packaging and the conformity of the product at reception and declare an eventual defect within 24 hours from the time of delivery.

Like for most products made from natural material, our fabrics are not guaranteed against natural wear, abrasion, stretch, shrinkage, fading, or dye-lot variations.

Every new batch of fabric is slightly different in tone and hand feel and repeat orders on the same color might not be showing exactly the same tone and hand feel as a previous supply. We won’t accept refund or return for a discrepancy in this matter.

Items from Home wear and Casual wear collection, Custom sized items, Fabric by the meter or by the yard, Two tones products, Quilted bedspreads and selected items ( please read article description) are not eligible for return as they are custom made as per your size and color.

A color variation from the website picture’s to the physical articles received is not a valid reason for a return.

Only in the case of evident defect shown on the product, we will accept your return. Please send photos prior to receiving our acceptance for return.
